A Summary of the Last Few Months<\/h2>\n

On October 16, 2021, Jigme Rinpoche along with community members from Dhagpo Kagyu Ling and Dhagpo Kundrel Ling carried out the first consecration that consists in establishing the wisdom dimension within the stupas, which then become true sources of blessing. Jigme Rinpoche wishes for the official inauguration of the garden as a whole to be carried out by His Holiness Karmapa during his next visit to Dhagpo with all those who contributed in some way to its creation. Some Fresh News<\/h2>\n

The estimated cost for the project is \u20ac695,000. We are happy and moved to announce that as of today we have collected the total amount. Sukhavati Garden has been fully financed by donations from over one thousand people. There is more joyous news to accompany this: Lama Jigme Rinpoche and Gendun Rinchen wish to include two more stupas in the garden. These two stupas will be installed around Lama Purtsela\u2019s house. The first will welcome Gendun Rinpoche\u2019s relics, while the other will be home to Lama Purtsela\u2019s ashes.<\/p>\n

Both stupas are currently being fabricated in Nepal. They are made of stone according to the traditional Nepalese carving method. They will be delivered to Dhagpo some time in the summer. Furthermore, the final work on the rainwater catchment pool to the left of the Institute has been underway for several weeks. In the center there will be a pavilion built by the same artisans who created those for the eight stupas with a statue inside. The perimeter of the pool will be beautified will flowers and other developments that harmonize the site with Sukhavati Garden. We will share more details about this very soon.<\/p>\n

Quelques nouvelles fra\u00eeches<\/h2>

Le projet \u00e9tait estim\u00e9 \u00e0 695 000\u20ac. Nous sommes heureux et touch\u00e9s de vous annoncer que cette somme est, \u00e0 ce jour, r\u00e9unie dans sa totalit\u00e9. Le Jardin de Sukhavati est donc \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent enti\u00e8rement financ\u00e9 par les dons de plus d\u2019un millier de personnes. Cette heureuse nouvelle s\u2019accompagne d\u2019une autre : lama Jigm\u00e9 Rinpoch\u00e9 et Gendune Rinchen ont tous deux souhait\u00e9 l\u2019ajout de deux autres stoupas dans le jardin. Les deux stoupas seront positionn\u00e9s autour de la maison de lama Purts\u00e9la. Le premier accueillera les reliques de Guendune Rinpoch\u00e9, le second abritera les cendres de lama Purts\u00e9la.<\/p>

Ces deux stoupas sont en cours de r\u00e9alisation au N\u00e9pal. Ils sont confectionn\u00e9s en pierre, selon la m\u00e9thode de taille n\u00e9palaise traditionnelle. Leur livraison \u00e0 Dhagpo est pr\u00e9vue dans le courant de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9. Nous estimons \u00e0 31 000 \u20ac environ le co\u00fbt de cette extension du projet (confection des stoupas, transport, terrassement, etc. inclus).<\/p>

Par ailleurs, la finalisation du bassin de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des eaux de pluie, \u00e0 gauche de l\u2019Institut, est en cours depuis plusieurs semaines. Il accueillera en son centre un pavillon de la m\u00eame facture que ceux qui abritent les huit stoupas\u00a0; dans ce pavillon sera plac\u00e9e une statue. Tout autour, le bassin sera agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 de fleurs et d\u2019am\u00e9nagements en harmonie avec le Jardin de Sukhavati. Nous vous donnerons tr\u00e8s prochainement davantage de d\u00e9tails au sujet de ces travaux.<\/p>
